Kana est une collégienne qui, suite au décès de sa grand-mère, se retrouve seule et se voit contrainte, malgré son jeune âge, de chercher un travail ainsi qu’un nouvel endroit où dormir. Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses, elle finit par être acceptée dans une petite entreprise composée uniquement de jeunes femmes qui délivrent les journaux dans les quartiers environnants. De par leurs caractères délirants et dynamiques, ces dernières essaieront de lui redonner le sourire ainsi que la joie de vivre en « famille ».
